Booking terms:

We only accept bookings based on a 3-night minimum stay.
During the summer holidays, we only accept bookings with check-in and out on Mondays and Fridays.
Please contact us to discuss discounts on week-long+ bookings.
All below prices are subject to availability, and may fluctuate throughout the year.
A cleaning fee will be added to all bookings of £110.
A deposit of £500 will be added to your invoice if booked directly, which will be fully refunded within 72 hours of departure. Don’t worry — we never deduct for ordinary wear and tear, only for significant damage or breakages.

18th December - 22nd December: £445 per night
23rd December - 1st January 2027: £745 per night
NB: during the festive period, we are only accepting check-in/out dates on 23rd, 27th, 30th December, 2nd and 5th January.
